哥斯达黎加牛肉

哥斯达黎加牧业以肉牛为主，而且集中在北部地区，牧草面积大，气候条件也比较优越，草饲料供给充足，对养牛也的养殖比较有利。以草饲牛为主，草饲牛前边文章有讲解，此处不再累述。

哥斯达黎加牛肉以草饲为主，采用牧场+放养的方式，牛肉品质较高。哥斯达黎加牛肉产量每年在10万吨左右，其中出口3万吨左右，主要市场有美国、欧洲、中国，目前中国是哥斯达黎加最大的牛肉出口市场。

哥斯达黎加牛肉出口到中国主要有8厂、9厂和12厂，以全牛各个品为主，剔骨牛肉、带骨牛肉都可以出口。此外牛下货以及牛鞭、牛尾、牛筋和横膈膜等产品都可以对华出口。

哥斯达黎加牛肉属于草饲牛，价格适中。牛肉分割已经符合我国市场需求，尤其是小部位肉精修度比较高，例如小米龙、眼肉、臀肉，保乐肩等，很受市场欢迎。牛腿骨带筋带肉比较多，性价比比较高，牛脖骨几乎是满肉，也是市场畅销产品。

带骨牛肉和几乎全部牛下货是哥斯达黎加牛肉的突出卖点。
