a     The Seller has full and unconditional responsibility, which includes insurance and safe keeping from origin of goods to its delivery at discharge port.

b     Delivery shall commence within 15 (fifteen) business days after the Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) is received by seller, partial shipment allowed.

c      The Buyer should issue in advance, a delivery schedule indicating the discharge port per shipment.

d      The Certificate of Quality and Quantity will be issued by  CCIC or SGS and the cost at the loading port shall be on the seller’s account.

e      Packing shall be in 4 poly bags x 5 Kgs / Per Bag = 20Kgs /Per Carton, or 2 poly bags x 10Kgs /Per Bag = 20Kgs / Per Carton.
